As per the recent survey it has been observed that women are found to be more prone of getting stress, depression and anxiety as compared to men, and this is all because of the fact that they think too much and are not able to let go things their way. Sometimes they think it was their fault, and whatever happened was their own fault, and these are some of the things that lead them directly into the state of stress and anxiety. Men normally fell a prey to such conditions due to economic troubles or when they are financially not sound, while on the other hand women become the target of such conditions due to numerous reasons.
Following are some of the different causes of stress and anxiety among women:
Doubtfulness:
One of the things that cause stress and anxiety among married women is the doubtfulness. This doubt might be over anything, it could be over the loyalty of her husband, doubt whether her child is on drugs or it could be of anything. This is surely the worst ever condition that anyone can encounter, so it is always recommended to overcome all that in first place, else this thing becomes the root cause of many other problems, and the only way to do that is to discuss about their doubt with a concerned person and demand to clear all that out.
Improper diet:
A great number of women fell a prey to such conditions due to improper diet. If you don’t take your diet properly or for the sake of reducing weight you will surely fell a prey to this medical condition, as if the body does not consume its required calories or nutrients it affects a person both physically and mentally, hence allowing him to suffer to masses. Therefore it is in of best interest of women that they should concentrate more on their diet, and if they are willing to go on a diet, then they should switch more towards fruits, instead of leaving it completely, as in that way you will suffer even worst medical conditions nothing more!
Lack of confidence:
Women who have remained in the state of solitude for a longer period of time doesn’t have much confidence to fight against the world, and when such women face defeats or are not able to achieve what they want due to lack of confidence, they fell a prey to such medical conditions, hence allowing them to suffer to a great extent. In such case women should go with confidence building exercises in order to overcome all that. One can find a good number of institutes that impart such type of training to the individuals.
Unstable financial conditions:
Women are surely more concerned about their financial condition as compared to men, and in case their financial condition isn’t stable enough they will think about it much deeply and slowly but gradually they will into such medical condition, hence women should not think much about their unstable or poor financial condition, but they should try to concentrate more on the part that how can they make things better for them.
