  10. Last but not the least symptom of insomnia, is that the people who are suffering from it, are constantly worried about their sleep. They cannot work, they can’t eat, and sleep and they must see changes in their body. Most of the people start losing weight, and most of then start gaining weight for unknowing reasons. This is how insomnia appears among people, as the peace full sleep is a blessing, enjoy it. And if you can’t sleep properly, take it seriously.
