What he believes is totally opposite to reality.
Hallucinations
Positive symptoms of schizophrenia also include hallucinations in which the person hear different voices, see different people or even feel anyone or anything touching him. Though, his mind perceives this hearing, seeing and touching to be real but they are not real at all.
Speech Problems
Speech problem is yet one of the most common positive symptoms of schizophrenia. People suffering from this disease are unable to speak properly. They skip some words or completely mix them such that their sentences do not make any sense. People usually speak abruptly when they are tired or stressed but the patient of this disease speaks like this all the time. In other words, they speak in an abnormal manner which is difficult, in fact impossible to understand for a normal person.
Disorganized Behavior
When it comes to positive symptoms of schizophrenia then disorganized behavior is yet another common symptom. Patients of schizophrenia show disorganized rather strange behavior which is unexplainable and illogical for a normal person. For instance, they start shouting any random person on the middle of the road or start beating any person etc. They shoe behaviors that are not normal at all. They sometimes also maintain a strange posture.
